The vibe is laid-back, but this restaurant across the street from the Pacific Beach boardwalk takes its burritos seriously. Your best bet is the build-your-own California burrito, ordered with carnitas (pork), hash browns, sour cream, cheese and guacamole. The restaurant interior is decked out with surfboards and televisions play surfing videos. “It just makes you want to steal a board and go across the street and go surfing,”

Ceviche & Chips

Pollack marinated in lemon juice, jalapenos, cilantro, tomato and onions, along with our ownblend of herbs and spices. Served with a bag of chips & salsa.

 

Carne Asada Fries

French fries smothered in beans and cheese. Topped with guacamole and sour cream.

 

Mains

Surf & Turf Burrito

Grilled carne asada, shrimp, salsa fresca, avocado, rice, and a chipotle sauce.

 

Fish Tacos

2 batter-fried pollack tacos on corn tortillas. Served with cabbage, white sauce, mild salsa and rice & beans.

 

Five Rolled Tacos

Beef, chicken or potato. Served with guacamole and cheddar cheese.

 

Chicken Enchiladas

Served with lettuce and a dollop of sour cream.

 

Machaca

Shredded beef scrambled with 2 eggs, red & green bell peppers and onions. Served with salsa fresca and flour or corn tortillas.
